IT Learn & Earn is a second-year collegiate experience with the potential of securing full-time employment at one of the rapidly rising IT stars in Northeast Ohio. To be successful as a IT Learn & Earn participant, you need to be a proven self-starter and work well in a team environment. Students who are enthusiastic about pursuing complex challenges, are flexible, as well as demonstrate a problem-solving curiosity will thrive in this experience.
