Data Science Competition 2022
Know of some bright high schoolers who are ready to show off their data science skills while competing for great prizes?
We’re seeking high school teams from Cuyahoga County for the annual HIT in the CLE High School Data Science Competition, coming up on March 12th and 19th at Case Western Reserve University. Over these two Saturdays, students will tackle a fun data challenge with support from professional mentors, then present their creative analysis in front of a panel of judges for the chance to win prizes.
How can you participate? Whether you’re a teacher, parent or student, all you have to do is round up a team of 5 students from your school to form a team, then register here. Each team must come accompanied by a teacher or other chaperone, and you’ll be matched up with mentors from Northeast Ohio health IT companies to lend a hand along the way. Prizes await the top three teams. It’s a way to show your students the potential of a career in computer and data science, a field with high demand for young talent.
